Unearthed is a specialist land and property company established with the aim of increasing the delivery of housing on small-scale development sites and infill plots. Initially starting as a consultancy, we offer a range of bespoke services to facilitate the transaction of such land opportunities.
Through this work we recognised a gap in the market to develop a small footprint house type design which maximises the development potential of these sites whilst delivering flexible, healthy and sustainable homes. This design is now being delivered on a number of our own development sites.

We believe there is a huge potential for the large number of small-scale development sites and infill plots within the existing urban area, to sustainably deliver a significant number of new homes alongside other supplementary uses.
With increasing opposition to the development of greenfield sites, we believe these predominantly brownfield sites have an important role to play in meeting housing targets.
With a commitment to sustainability, we believe that by taking a more creative approach to development of these small-scale sites, we are able to maximise their development potential and deliver maximum returns to landowners and developers.

We have a streamlined internal team with extensive experience in various land acquisition roles across the UK. This is backed by a leadership team with more than 25 years' experience working in senior roles across a range of construction sectors.
